Delicious chocolate cake with cherries and mascarpone.

Directions

  1. Let the cherries drain and collect the juice. Stir in the potato starch with the water.
  2. Heat half of the juice. Tie the juice with the potato starch.
  3. Let the bonded juice cool down and scoop the cherries through. Stir the mascarpone lobbig with water and mix with the caster sugar.
  4. Cut the cake into slices. Divide the cake over the bottom of the dish. Divide the cherries with juice and keep a small part of the cherries behind.
  5. Spread the mascarpone over it. Sprinkle the dish with cocoa powder and place in the refrigerator until use. Garnish when serving with the remaining cherries.
