Let the chocolate in the milk au bain-marie melt with stirring until smooth.

In the meantime, whisk the whipped cream with the sugar and put in the refrigerator.

Take the melted chocolate from the heat source and beat the egg yolks and the amaretto one by one with a whisk.

Beat the egg whites in a clean bowl with a pinch of salt.

First spread the whipped cream and then carefully transfer the proteins through the chocolate.

Spoon the mousse into plastic cups, place it in a bowl in the freezer and leave to freeze for at least 2 hours.

Put the cups for serving very briefly in a layer of hot water and pour the semifreddo on plates. Pollinate with some cocoa powder.
