A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: pineapple slices on juice (net 227 g), pineapple jam, butter or margarine, self-rising flour, white caster sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, egg, milk and powdered sugar.

Directions

  1. To start with ... Drain the pineapple and cut the slices into small pieces. You do not need the juice anymore. Put the jam in a pan and pour the pineapple through.
  2. Now the batter ... In another pan you melt the butter (the butter only needs to melt, browning is not permitted). In a mash bowl, put baking flour, caster sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt (as little as fits the tip of a knife). Break the egg above and add the melted butter. Beat all this with the mixer to a smooth mixture. Then pour the milk little by little. Continue to beat until it becomes a smooth batter.
  3. Baking ... Let the waffle maker heat up to the second highest position (3). Spoon with a ladle a layer of batter in the form so that all panes are just full. Close the iron and bake it. In 4 minutes your waffles are cooked and brown. Remove the waffles with a fork from the iron and let them cool on a rack. Place them on a dish and sprinkle with icing sugar.
  4. Almost time to eat ... Warm the pineapple sauce. Take a waffle on your plate and add sauce. So are the waffles to feast.
