Peel and peel the avocados. Puree them together with the banana, cocoa powder and coconut milk in a blender.

Pour the agave syrup and vanilla extract into the mixture and blend again. Now stir in a small hand of cacao ribs through the mousse.

Spread over two glasses and put in the refrigerator. Sprinkle the coconut grater over the mousse and serve.
