Put the frozen raspberries, lecurd, powdered sugar and 2 tbs of hot water in the food processor. Mix in 2 minutes until it is nicely smooth. If it is still too grainy, add extra hot water.

Serve the ice cream immediately. Tasty with whipped whipped cream.
