Raspberry sorbet with rose liqueur
A tasty recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: fine sugar, raspberries (frozen), orange juice and rose liqueur (liquorice).

Dissolve the sugar in a bowl with stirring in 50 ml of boiling water. Add the orange juice and the liqueur. Let it cool down.

Spoon the frozen raspberries with the sugar syrup in the food processor. Mix everything first with the pulse button and then puree everything into smooth sorbet ice cream. Scoop bread rolls of raspberry ice into 4 slices or glasses.
