Directions

  1. Remove the skin from the bananas and cut the bananas into slices.
  2. Break the chocolate into pieces.
  3. Put the pieces in a sturdy plastic bag and seal them well.
  4. Chop the pieces of chocolate, for example with a rolling pin, into coarse crumbs.
  5. Put the small chocolate into a bowl.
  6. Crumble the biscuits.
  7. Divide the slices of banana over 4 large containers.
  8. Melt the butter in a pan and stir in the cookie crumbs and (cane) sugar.
  9. Put the pan away on a coaster.
  10. Heat the whipped cream in a saucepan.
  11. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the chocolate.
  12. Pour this mixture onto the slices of banana.
  13. Then scoop the butter-biscuit crumb-sugar mixture on top.
