Chocolate cake made of dark chocolate, oatmeal, almond flour, banana, egg, blueberries, crème fraîche and banana chips.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Line the cake tin with parchment paper. Bring a pot of water to the boil.
  3. Chop the dark chocolate into pieces and put in a bowl.
  4. Place the bowl on the pan with water and ensure that the bottom does not touch the water (au bain-marie). Melt the chocolate. Let cool slightly.
  5. Meanwhile grind the oatmeal in the blender or food processor. Mix with the almond flour and the baking powder in a bowl.
  6. Mix the bananas with the eggs and coconut oil into a smooth mixture in the blender or food processor. Spatula through the oatmeal mixture.
  7. Stir in the berries and melted dark chocolate.
  8. Put the batter in the cake tin and bake in the middle of the oven for about 50 minutes. Cool in 2 hours.
  9. Melt the milk chocolate au bain-marie. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the crème fraîche. Finely chop the banana chips.
  10. Brush the top of the cake with the chocolate mixture and sprinkle with the rest of the blueberries and the banana chips.
