Chocolate cottage cheese trifle with mango

Peel the mangoes, cut into cubes and keep 4 nice wedges separately as a garnish.

Cut the cake into cubes and divide half of it over the bottom of 4 glasses or slices. Put half of the mango cubes on it.

Mix the curd cheese with the vanilla yoghurt and spread half of this mixture over the mango. Repeat this to create layers.

Heat the oven grill. Beat the egg white with the icing sugar and mix it through the almonds.

Spread over the griddle and do not grill too close to the oven grill. Scoop to crunch. Sprinkle the dessert with the almond crunch and garnish with the segments of mango.
