Cover a sieve with a damp, clean tea towel and hang in a deep bowl.

Pour in the yogurt, cover and put in the refrigerator for 8 hours so that the liquid can leak from the yogurt.

Halve the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the marrow with a knife tip.

Beat the whipped cream with the sugar. Scoop the heap from the tea towel into a bowl and stir. Fold in the vanilla and the whipped cream.

Put the blackberries with syrup, berries and the rest of the sugar in a saucepan. Bring to boil.

Stir the cornstarch with the water to a smooth mixture. Add to the blackberries and berries and leave to stir on high heat. Take of the fire.

Divide the hops over the dishes and pour the warm sauce.
