Fruit mango and raspberry ice creams (paletas)
These summer fruit ice creams make mango and raspberries you make within 20 minutes.

Put the sugar with the water in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Stir until the sugar is dissolved and turn off the heat. Let cool for half an hour.

Put the frozen mango with half of the sugar water in the food processor and puree until sorbet ice cream. Spoon into a container and put into the freezer until use.

Put the frozen raspberries with the rest of the sugar water in the food processor and puree into sorbet ice cream.

Spoon the mango and raspberry ice up and down in layers in the ice cream molds. Insert the ice cream sticks and put in the freezer for at least 8 hours. Yummy! .
