Coconut flakes filled with mango


A delicious indonesian recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: mangoes, flour, salt, eggs, milk, butter, coconut (grated), coconut milk and brown caster sugar.

Directions

  1. Mango peel and cut into cubes. Above bowl, flour and salt tip seven. Make a hole in the center of the flower and break eggs above it. Carefully whisk a little flour through the egg with whisk. Mix milk with 3/4 dl of water and beat the batter in small drips. Melt butter in a pan and stir in half of the butter. Coconut by batter.
  2. Fry the frying pan thinly with butter and create 2 tbsp batter in frying pan. Bake a flange in about 30 seconds, turn and bake for a few seconds. Repeat this 11 times. Stir together the coconut sauce, the coconut milk and the sugar. Heat the milk until the sugar is dissolved. Place 1 tbsp mango cubes on each flange. Roll up the rolls and pour the warm coconut sauce over the pancakes.
