Speculaas Tiramisu
Variant on the classic tiramisu with espresso, mandarin, whipped cream, mascarpone, caramel syrup, gingerbread, cocoa powder and almond slicer.

Put the espresso stick in a low dish and mix in hot water. Clean the mandarin and grate the orange zest.

Beat the cream with a mixer. Stir the mascarpone with a fork. Fold the mascarpone together with 2 tsp tangerine grater (per 8 people) and the caramel syrup through the whipped cream.

Dip the speculaas one by one in the espresso and spread over the oven dish. Divide half of the mascarpone mixture over it.

Crumble the rest of the speculaas above it. Sprinkle the cocoa powder with a sieve.

Let the tiramisu stiffen in the refrigerator for 60 minutes.

Roast just before serving the almond shavings in a frying pan without oil or butter in 3 min. Golden brown. Divide over the tiramisu.
