Chocolate milk with anise foam

Chop the chocolate into pieces.

Stir in a bowl the cocoa with 2 tablespoons milk per person to a smooth paste.

Bring 175 ml of milk per person in a pan to the boil and stir in the cocoa mixture.

Add the pieces of chocolate and let it melt with stirring until it becomes a delicious chocolate milk.

Meanwhile, mix the aniseed with the rest of the milk.

Heat this aniseed milk in the milk frother or in a saucepan and whisk with a whisk until nice and firm foam.

Pour the chocolate milk into the glasses and scoop the aniseed foam on it.

Sprinkle with some cocoa powder.
