Directions

  1. Chop the chocolate into pieces.
  2. Stir in a bowl the cocoa with 2 tablespoons milk per person to a smooth paste.
  3. Bring 175 ml of milk per person in a pan to the boil and stir in the cocoa mixture.
  4. Add the pieces of chocolate and let it melt with stirring until it becomes a delicious chocolate milk.
  5. Meanwhile, mix the aniseed with the rest of the milk.
  6. Heat this aniseed milk in the milk frother or in a saucepan and whisk with a whisk until nice and firm foam.
  7. Pour the chocolate milk into the glasses and scoop the aniseed foam on it.
  8. Sprinkle with some cocoa powder.
