Mash the almond milk with 2 bananas in a blender or with a hand blender.

Spoon the oatmeal into a saucepan, pour the banana-milk mixture over it and add the cocoa and honey. Boil the oatmeal in about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile cut the remaining banana into slices. Spoon the oatmeal into 4 bowls, put some slices of banana on top and sprinkle with the coconut.
