Chocolate pears
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: chocolate (extra pure, in pieces), somewhat hard pears (doyenne du comice), café (mocca (instant coffee)) and ice cream (nut explosion).

Bring a large pot of water to the boil with a smaller pan.

Melt the chocolate in the smaller pan (au bain-marie).

Remove the pan from the heat and stir the chocolate.

Peel the pears, leave the stalk on the fruit.

Place a sheet of baking paper on a plate.

Take the pears one by one through the chocolate in the pan, so that they are all covered with a thin layer.

Put the pears on the plate, sprinkle them with a little bit of instant coffee and let them harden in an hour.

Put a pear on 4 plates and add a bread roll ice cream.

Delicious with a glass of café mocca with whipped cream..
