Vanilla citrus pie with crispy bottom
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: flour, butter, icing sugar, eggs (split (egg white is not used)), red grapefruit, oranges and full vanilla curd.

Preheat the oven to 175 ºC.

In the food processor, mix flour, salt tip and butter with pulse button into a crumble dough.

Add powdered sugar and yolks and knead briefly.

Cover with dough.

Cover the dough with parchment paper and fill with support filling.

In oven cake bottom approx.

50 min.

Baking until the bottom is nicely browned.

Remove backing and baking paper and let cake bottom cool down.

Meanwhile, grapefruits and oranges thickly peel and cut segments between the vlies.

Drain on kitchen paper.

Spread vanillekwark evenly over the pie base and distribute grapefruit and orange wedges over it.

Serve immediately..
