Chocolate pie with berries and blackberries

Preheat the oven to 100ºC.

Spatula 1.5 tablespoon of cocoa powder through the meringue.

Draw 3 circles of approximately 25 cm Ø on the baking paper. Spread the meringue over the circles to 3 flat disks approximately 2.5 cm thick. Sprinkle with cocoa powder.

Bake for about 1 hour in the oven until they are dry and let loose well from the baking paper.

Do this one day in advance and store them in a well-sealed drum.

Heat the forest fruits with the honey and a small splash of water. Cook gently for 4-5 minutes, puree and let cool.

Beat the whipped cream with the soft sugar.

Melt the chocolate au bain-marie or in the microwave. Mix the cooking cream into a cream.

Place 1 meringueplak on a dish. Brush with half of the chocolate cream.

Divide half of the blackberries and berries, the whipped cream and the forest fruit puree.

Put the second meringue on it and repeat this. Cover with the third meringue.

Garnish with the rest of the blackberries and berries and sprinkle with a touch of cocoa powder.
