Ingredients
- 75 gram dried cranberries
- 100 milliliters dessert wine
- 50 gram pistachios peeled
- 50 gram white hazelnuts coarsely chopped
- 50 gram white almonds coarsely chopped
- 150 gram macaroon
- 150 gram almond cookies
- 150 gram biscuits
- 250 gram dark chocolate in cubes
- 75 gram butter
- 50 gram coarsely chopped
- Powdered sugar

The cranberries in the, perhaps slightly heated, dessert wine. Heat a dry skillet and roast the pistachio and hazelnuts for about 2 minutes.

Crumble the cookies with your hands.

Melt the chocolate with the butter au bain-marie or 2-3 minutes at 400 Watt in the microwave. Stir well.

Mix the vaulted cranberries, roasted nuts, almond cookies and the chocolate.

Place a double layer of cling film on the work surface. Spoon the chocolate mixture on top and roll into a sausage. Tighten the ends tightly like a toffee. Let the sausage stiffen in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

Remove the foil. Roll the chocolate-salami generously through powdered sugar or rub it in with it. Knot, for the real sausage effect, possibly some kitchen yarn around it.
