Cut 5 cm from the top and bottom of the watermelon. Place the fruit on a chopping board and cut it crosswise into 4 round slices of 3 cm thick.

Place each slice on a large plate or dish and cut into 6 points.

Peel the kiwis and cut into thin slices. Halve the nectarines, remove the kernel and cut the flesh into segments. Squeeze out the half lemon.

Cut the bananas into slices and sprinkle with some lemon juice to prevent discoloration.

Place a slice of kiwi, a piece of nectarine, a slice of banana and a few blueberries at each watermelon point.
