Chop in sweet and sour soy sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, mienestjes (fine (pack 500 g)), sunflower oil, ribs, onion (chopped), tomato puree (70 g), sweet soy sauce (bottle 250 ml), atjar tjampoer (350 g) and Chinese stir-fry mix (600 g).

Cook the noodles for 6 minutes. Meanwhile, heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Sprinkle the pork chops with salt and pepper and bake them in brown for 3 minutes. Take the meat out of the pan.

Fry the onion for 2 minutes in the remaining shortening. Add the tomato puree, soy sauce, half of the atjar tjampur and 100 ml of water. Put the pork chops back in the pan and fry them with the lid on the pan for 15 minutes.

Heat the rest of the oil in a wok. Stir fry the vegetables for 4 minutes. Add the noodles and fry for 1 min. Spoon the vegetables and vegetables on 4 plates and add a chop with ketjapsaus. Serve with the rest of the atjar tjampur.
