Chop with chive cream sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, potatoes (duopak), celery, ribs, dry white wine (bottle 250 ml), crème fraîche (125 ml), chives ((25 g) and finely chopped).

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the potatoes in 20 min. Until golden brown and done.

Peel the stalks of celery in length with a peeler and cut into pieces of 5 cm. Cook for 8 minutes until al dente.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in another frying pan. Sprinkle the pork chops with salt and pepper and fry the meat in 8 min. Brown and done.

Take the meat out of the pan. Add the wine and crème fraîche, stir and let the sauce boil for 1 min. Put the meat back in the pan. Add the chives with pepper and salt.

Divide the chops with the chive cream sauce and celery over 4 plates. Serve with the potatoes.
