Steak in Dutch
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (floury, peeled), carrots (peeled), garden peas (extra fine (450 g, frozen)), butter, bullet steaks ((frozen), thawed), mushrooms ((250 g) and in slices).

Bring a pot of water to the boil. Cut the potatoes into slices of 1 cm and cook in 5 min. Just done. Drain in a colander. Bring water to the boil again and cook the carrot in 7 minutes until al dente. Add the garden peas after 2 minutes. Drain and put the vegetables back in the pan. Add 10 g of butter and leave with the lid on the pan.

Heat 25 g of butter in a non-stick pan and fry the potatoes for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Times regularly.

Sprinkle the steaks with salt and pepper. Heat the remaining butter in a frying pan and fry the meat for 5 minutes. Turn halfway. Remove from the pan and keep warm under aluminum foil. Fry the mushrooms in the frying fat of the steaks for 3 min. Serve the steaks with the mushrooms, the potatoes and the vegetables.
