Fusilli with spinach and olives
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, fusilli (pasta, bag 500 g), bratwurst (4 pieces), olive oil, onion (in rings), garlic (finely chopped), spinach (a 300 g), black olives (without pit) and Pecorino Romano (cheese) (in slices).

Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Cut open the sausages and remove the meat. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes. Add the garlic and the sausage meat and fry the meat until tender and done in 5 minutes. Slowly add the spinach until all the leaves have shrunk. Season with salt and pepper.

Mix the pasta with the sausage-spinach mixture. Divide over 4 deep plates. Divide the olives and cheese over them. Delicious with sliced cherry tomato.
