Let the ice slightly soften. Well the raisins and the currants in the rum.

Add the bigarreaus and walnuts and scoop this mixture through the ice. Scoop the ice cream into the mold and put it in the freezer to stiffen (may be a day in advance).

Heat the whipped cream (without cooking) and melt the chocolate in it. Put the ice cream cake on a cooled dish and remove the shape and foil. Garnish the cake with the chocolate and the sauce.
