Preheat the oven to 160ºC.

Sprinkle the work surface with flour and roll out the dough to 1/2 cm thick.

Insert circles, for example. Do not make the cookies too small, you can no longer hang them.

Place enough space in between on the baking tray and use an apple drill to cut a hole from the center.

Beat the egg white and brush the cookies with it.

Garnish with almond shavings, sugar or coconut if necessary.

Bake for about 20 minutes in the oven and let cool on a rack.

Glaze the cookies and sprinkle with decorative litters.

Thread a ribbon through the cookies and hang them in the Christmas tree.
