Peel the mango and cut into cubes.

Puree the mango cubes with the vodka, 10 mint leaves, the ginger syrup and the lime juice.

Chop a handful of ice cubes into crushed ice with a blender or put them in a plastic bag and break them.

Divide the ice over 4 glasses or slices and pour the mango-wodka mixture on top.

Garnish with the remaining mint leaves.
