Sorbet ice grapefruit mandarin
Boil 300 ml water with the sugar gently for 2-3 minutes until a syrup. Allow to cool slightly.
Cut off the tangerine (or orange) strings of the peel.
Squeeze the mandarin above the grapefruit juice and mix the juice with the syrup.
Fill the ice cream molds with this mixture. Divide the mandarin peel over it and freeze.
