Stick stars from the slice of cheese with the star-shaped plug. Halve the cucumber in the length and remove the seed lists.

Saute long ribbons of the cucumber with a cheese slicer. Pack the celeriac in aluminum foil or gift wrapping.

Prick the cheese stars with the (saté) sticks and slide to the top. Then stick the cucumber strings to the stick.
