Christmas stollen with apple salsa

Additional requirements: two small glasses per person.

Finely chop the fresh mint.

Grate and press the orange.

Peel the apples, remove the cores and cut the apples into tiny blocks.

Mix the apple cubes in a bowl with the ginger powder, mint, orange zest and a few tablespoons of orange juice.

Leave the apple salsa for thirty minutes.

Spoon the apple salsa in one glass and scoop the mascarpone into the other glasses.

Put a glass of apple salsa and a glass of mascarpone on each plate.

Halve the slices of Christmas stollen and place them on the plates next to the glasses.
