Ciabattatosti with smoked salmon
A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, ciabatta bread, smoked salmon, sundried tomato tapenade, Mexican herbs, grated cheese (light-filled) and oil.

Cut the bread into 24 equal slices. Cut the slices of salmon into 12 pieces that are just as big as the slices of bread.

Spread 12 slices of ciabatta with tomato tapenade and sprinkle some herbs. Place a slice of salmon on these slices of ciabatta. Sprinkle the cheese over the salmon and lay the remaining ciabatta slices. If necessary, store them in the refrigerator.

Heat a large skillet. Brush the sandwiches on both sides very thinly with oil. Put them in the pan and fry on a medium heat in 3 min. Light brown. Turn them with a spatula and bake the other side in approx. 2 min. Light brown. During cooking, press occasionally with a spatula on the sandwiches. Serve them warm. Delicious with tomato ketchup.
