Mozzarella, date and balsamic sauce on bruschette.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Cut the ends of the bread and cut the rest into 20 slices. Spread over a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

Mix the oil with the herbs and brush the bread slices.

Bake in the middle of the oven in approx. 10 minutes until golden brown and crispy until bruschette. Take out of the oven.
