Drumsticks with anchovies
A tasty Italian recipe. The appetizer contains the following ingredients: poultry, anchovy fillets (48 g), black olives (without pit), drumsticks, butter or margarine and red pesto (a 100 g tray).

Anchovy fillets drain. In the food processor grind anchovy fillets with olives. Anchovy mixture with teaspoon under skin of chicken drumsticks.

Fry butter in casserole, sprinkle chicken drumsticks with pepper and lightly roast them. Then add 100 ml of water and simmer in a closed pan for about 25 minutes. place chicken drumsticks on plates. Let the casserole boil slightly, add pesto, stir and create chicken drumsticks.
