A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, mozzarella (cheese, bag 125 g), bread (eg Zaandammertje blond), Parma ham (packet approx. 75 g), mayonnaise and pesto alla genovese (duo pack 2 x 90 g).
Cut the mozzarella into slices and spread 4 slices of bread with it. Divide the slices of ham over them and cover with the remaining 4 slices.
Heat a frying pan with non-stick coating and bake the sandwiches in approx. 6 min. Crispy, turn halfway. Meanwhile, mix the mayonnaise with the pesto. Serve the sandwiches with the pesto dip.
