A tasty Dutch recipe. The appetizer contains the following ingredients: fish, bread (eg Burgundian bread), mate's herring (= 8 fillets), radish and sour cream.

Directions

  1. Cut toast in a toaster or under oven grill until golden brown.
  2. Cutting herring fillets into tiny cubes (out of packs are not used).
  3. Cut radish into coarse pieces, roughly tear some beautiful leaves of radish leaves.
  4. In a bowl mix sour cream with herring and radish.
  5. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  6. Slices of bread generously covered with herring-radish mixture.
  7. Garnish with radish green..
