Slice the garlic and parsley. Cut open the sausages and remove the meat from the skin.

Add the garlic, sambal and parsley to the sausage and knead well.

Heat the grill pan and fry the kebabs for about 6 minutes until brown and done. Times regularly. Serve with the tzatziki.

Divide the meat into rolls (per person 1) and insert a stick.
