Multigrain sandwich with brine and pickles
A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, multigrain bread (pave campagnard), fine mustard, brine (meat products), sweet-sour pickles ((680 g pot) and thin slices in length).
Cut 8 slices of bread (rest is not used) and brush with the mustard.
Cover 4 slices with 2 slices of salted meat each.
Sprinkle with pepper to taste.
Divide the gherkin slices over the braised meat.
Cover with the rest of the bread.
If required, insert a tapas stick..
