Canapés with smoked chicken
A tasty Spanish recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: poultry, baguette, anchovy fillets (48 g), black olives (without pit), chicken fillet fumé, vine tomatoes, mayonnaise, cayenne pepper and garlic chives.

Slice of bread loaf in 8 slices.

Toast bread in a toaster until golden brown.

Cut anchovy fillets and olives into small pieces.

Cut chicken filet into thin slices using a sharp knife (cut across the wire).

Wash tomatoes and cut each into four nice slices.

Slices of bread spread with approx.

2 1/2 tablespoon of mayonnaise.

Approx.

Divide 3/4 part of anchovies.

Slices of tomato over it and sprinkle with some cayenne pepper.

Spread slices of chicken over it.

Stir in the olives and the rest of the anchovies by stirring 1 1/2 tablespoon mayonnaise.

Scoop the olive mayonnaise on canapés.

Slice garlic chives above it..
