Piadinetosti with pesto
Tostis made from Italian flatbread (piadine). Topped with mozzarella, salami and pesto. If that is not an Italian party

Cut the mozzarella into cubes. Spread 2 piadine with the pesto and top with the mozzarella and salami. Cover with the other 2 piadine.

Heat 2 frying pans without oil or butter and fry the double piadine for 6 minutes on medium heat. Turn halfway.

Set the fire slightly higher to get the piadinetosti golden brown.

Remove from the pan, cut each piadinetosti into 8 dots (for example with a pizza cutter) and serve immediately.
