Preheat the oven to 160 ° C. Dust the greased cake mold (about 24 cm) with flour. Stir the butter gently with liquid sugar substitute. Beat this to a creamy cream.

Fill the cake mold with the batter. Bake the cake light brown and cooked for about 50 minutes. Sprinkle with finely chopped lemon peel (only the yellow part).
