Ingredients
Directions
-
Boil the white asparagus in about 7 minutes until al dente (green asparagus about 4 minutes). Halve them and keep separate.
-
Divide the charcoals over one half of the barbecue so that you get a hot and a cooler zone. When the coal glows well, you bake the burgers brown quickly on the hot side.
-
If they have the right color you have them on the cool side and you can throw some smoke wood on the coals. Close the lid. If you have a barbecue without a lid, simply grill the burgers.
-
After approximately 10 minutes of indirect heat, the citizens are cooked. Cut the bread rolls open and lay briefly on the rack above the coals.
-
Grill the asparagus shortly before nice grill stripes. Put the burgers on the buns, scoop up some (truffle) mayonnaise and finish the burger with the asparagus.
