Cut the crusts of the white bread so that you get nice square slices. Or use toast bread.

Clean the orange and grate the orange peel. Mix the butter with the orange peel and granulated sugar. Spread the slices with this.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave on the lowest setting.

Spread a nice layer of chocolate on the inside of a slice of bread and put a second slice on top. Make sure that the chocolate does not run out or sticks to the edges, otherwise the chocolate will burn and it will become grainy and bitter.

Boil the red fruits with the jelly sugar for about 10 minutes on low heat to a coulis or soft jam. Let the fruit sauce cool down.

Bake the croquettes golden brown in the sandwich maker. Serve warm with a jar of the fruit sauce.
