Panini with artichoke hearts
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian lunch contains the following ingredients: marinated artichoke hearts (190 g), ciabattas (rolls, bag of 3 pieces), gorgonzola (cheese), fresh basil (15 g) and olive oil.

Preheat contact grill.

Drain artichoke hearts in sieve.

Cut open Ciabatta bread.

Treat the bottom halves generously with gorgonzola.

Spread artichoke hearts and coarsely chopped basil leaves.

Put the upper half of rolls on and press firmly.

Roll around with oil.

Place sandwiches between grill plates of contact grill and let golden brown in 5 minutes..
