Citrus salad with yogurt and chocolate
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: oranges, sugar, mandarins (eg clementines), Greek yogurt, powdered sugar and dark chocolate.

Cut oranges 2 or more with sharp knife, so that all the white skins are removed. Cut out orange segments between the vlies and collect the juice that is released. Squeeze out another 2 oranges. Bring all orange juice to the boil in a saucepan and reduce the amount of juice to half in 10 minutes. Tear out mandarins and segments. Season the orange and mandarin slices in orange juice and heat for 1 min on low heat. Take the pan of fire and allow the fruit to cool in moisture. Separate yogurt with powdered sugar. Chop the chocolate and mix with yogurt. Place the yogurt in a refrigerator until use.
