Directions

  1. Lightly lubricate the inside of a round or rectangular refractory dish with sunflower oil. Preheat the oven to 190ºC.
  2. For the batter, put the sifted flour and salt in a bowl and make a well in the middle.
  3. Break the eggs into the dimple.
  4. Mix the eggs with a hand mixer and at a time the milk through the flour to a batter without lumps.
  5. Divide the zucchini, chorizo, broccoli and to over the bottom of the dish and pour the batter.
  6. Bake the clafoutis in the oven for about 30 minutes.
  7. Cut the clafoutis into points or rectangles.
