Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

Roll the dough on a little flour into a piece of 1/2 cm thick.

Carefully place the dough on the mold and push in it.

Cut the edges neatly and prick holes in the bottom with a fork.

Place a piece of parchment and baking tray filling and bake the dough bottom in the middle of the oven for about 10 minutes.

Remove the baking paper with baking tray filling, brush the dough base with egg and bake for another 5 minutes.

Remove from the oven and allow the bottom to cool slightly.

Meanwhile, knead the ball from the rest of the dough and roll it out into a lid.

Cut a few holes and decorate the lid with the leftover dough.

Spoon the filling into the cake base and smooth.
-
Carefully place the lid cover and stick the edges on the dough base with a little water.

Cut away all irregularities.

Brush the cake with the rest of the egg.
-
Bake in the middle of the oven in about 30 minutes until tender and golden brown.

Let cool and garnish with extra blackberries and berries.
