Clear broth with tomato and water steamer
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, meat tomato, watercress, beef broth (homemade or 1 1/2 tablet), lemon juice (some), white bread and butter (salted).

Immerse the tomato for 10 counts in a pan with boiling water. Rinse the tomato with cold water. Pull the skins off the tomato, halve the tomato and scoop out the seeds. Cut the flesh into small pieces. Pick the leaves of the stalks.

Heat in a pan the stock on a low heat. Season the stock with salt, pepper and lemon juice. In the meantime, toast the slices of bread until golden brown. Let them cool slightly. Brush the slices of bread with butter and cut them diagonally in half. Divide 3/4 of the watercress over the slices of bread and add some pepper.

Divide the tomatoes and the rest of the watercress over 4 hot soup plates. Pour the stock. Serve with the toast with watercress.
