Club sandwich


Lunch dish of bread, bacon, mozzarella, egg, tomatoes, cucumber and hummus.

Directions

  1. Roast all the bread.
  2. Bake in frying pan without oil or butter the bacon in 5 min. Crisp. Turn halfway. Remove from the pan and drain on kitchen paper.
  3. Fry a fried egg per person in the remaining shortening.
  4. Meanwhile cut the mozzarella and tomatoes into slices.
  5. Cut the candy cucumbers into slices lengthwise.
  6. Spread all the bread on one side with the hummus.
  7. Place half slices of white bread in succession with the cucumber, mozzarella and spinach.
  8. Put the slices of brown bread and tomato on top. Divide the bacon and the eggs over it and cover with the rest of the white bread with the hummus down.
  9. Insert the satéprikkers and cut the bread carefully at an angle. Serve immediately.
