Pepper steak with goat's cheese and thyme
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, pepper steak (a 2 pieces), goat cheese natural 55 (Bettine chevre frais, approx. 150 g), thyme and olive oil.

Cut the pepper steaks half way through. Crumble the goat's cheese and spread over 4 half pepper steaks. Put a sprig of thyme on each steak. Cover with the other half pepper steaks and press well. Store in the refrigerator until use.

Brush the steaks on both sides with the oil and sprinkle with salt to taste. Grill the steaks on the barbecue in approx. 10 minutes until done. Turn halfway.
