Ingredients
Directions
-
Sprinkle the shredded coals with a little salt and let the coals stand for half an hour.
-
Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Remove the stalks from the shiitake. Cut the hat into slices. Clean the spring-forest outings. Remove the outer membrane, the carrots and the ugly part of the green foliage.
-
Check the salmon fillets for residual bones. Pull out the grabs with tweezers. Sprinkle the fillets with salt and pepper.
-
Prepare two generously folded aluminum foil that is large enough to wrap vegetables and fish. Lubricate the middle part of the foil with oil. The smeared part must be the same size as the fillet.
-
Put a layer of white cabbage on top and sprinkle with parsley. Place the slices of shiitake on the coals and then the salmon fillet. Place a slice of lemon and spring on top of the salmon fillet. Fold the aluminum foil around fish and vegetables. Make sure the seam is at the top and that the folded sides are pointing slightly upwards so that no moisture can run out.
-
Put the packages in the oven and let the salmon cook in about 25 minutes. The correct cooking time depends on the thickness of the fish.
-
Put the packages on the plates and unfold them.
